Shepherds Pie
I was watching BBC food last night and the chef in the program made a Shepherds Pie and I wonder how it tastes. I got up early in the morning and checked the fridge and the cupboards if the ingredients are available; fortunately I have ground pork, potatoes and some of the basics. So I made up this improvised Shepherds Pie, I used ground pork instead of ground beef and cheddar instead of parmesan cheese. The outcome is great it’s like a pie made in heaven.
