Daing na Bangus

Filed under: Fish & Seafoods - lutongdisyerto @ 4:19 pm

lutongdisyerto.blogsome.comI can’t add up anything on this . I think most Filipinos had this, it’s a matter of when was the last time they had this viand (ulam) . I’ve seen this on a menu list in a Filipino restaurant and they called this as “Fried marinated Fish” to have a gourmet name, sounds yummy!!

Ingredients:
3 medium-sized Bangus (Milkfish) unscaled and fillet-opened
1 medium onion finely chopped
6 cloves pressed garlic
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lemon or 3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
half cup of soy sauce

-prepare the fish or have it prepared by the fish monger.
-combine all ingredients and massage it to the fish and marinate it overnight. Keep it in the fridge. Consume it within three days.
-serve it with a slice onion and tomato or traditional pinoy salsa (onion, tomato & fish sauce)

Tip:
Fry the fish skin side first.
