Pechay Guisado
Same old story and anything goes as usual. I’m hungry and I need it fast, easy and while the rice is cooking. Solution: A bunch of Pechay and some simple ingredients. Preparation: 5 mins. Cooking time: 10 mins. Chowtime: in a flash!!!
Ingredients:
oil
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 small sliced onion
1 bunch of pechay/pakchoy/bokchoy (roughly chopped)
2 red chilies chopped
1 egg
150g pork strips
1/4 cup of water
a fair slice of tokwa
half cup of frozen corn
half tsp. corn flour
half tsp. sesame seed oil
half tsp. sugar
2 tbsps. soy sauce
salt
pepper
Procedure:
-fry the tokwa in a hot oil until it is lightly golden brown, remove it from the pan and drain well on a kitchen paper.
-scramble and fry the egg then cut it into squares, set aside.
-in a small bowl, mix and prepare water, corn flour, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, pepper and sugar.
-in a hot oil lightly fry the pork strips (sangkutsa) then add garlic, onion, corn, some of the chopped chilies and pechay. Stir fry for a while then add the liquid mixture, as soon as it thickens quickly remove it from the heat to avoid overcooking the pechay.
-serve it with the combined tokwa and egg on top and sprinkle it with chopped red chilies.

can you give me another recipe about pechay!!!!
