Lasang Pinoy 6: Tuna flakes with Crackers
I remember my college days when it comes to this particular pulutan recipe. A bottle of Bilog or Ginebra Gin will make my tightly-budgeted Saturday night pass away without a hassle. While singing to the strums of the guitar and with a good “tapang-usa” (tapat na usapan) or good conversation, we’re ready to call it a night. The original recipe is just plain Century Tuna with Skyflakes, onion and calamansi but this is a my tweaked version. To my cousins whom are my barkada and best friends, I really miss you guys!!
