This is more Asian and if your from the Philippines surely you’re familiar with this stuff. Ingeniously Filipinos named this “Adidas” after the shoe brand, well it’s somehow related? This is a popular street food and a delicacy, some like it inihaw/grilled or adobong pinatuyuan, great as viand and as well as pulutan (appetizer). This recipe is an Adobo but I’m tweaking it up to give it more character, here’s how to make them easily.
