- Dijon Mustard
Originally from Dijon, France, this pale, grayish-yellow mustard is known for its clean, sharp flavor, which can range from mild to hot. It is made from brown or black mustard seeds, white wine, unfermented grape juice and various seasonings.
- Light Soy Sauce
Has a thinner consistency and a saltier flavor than the darker varieties. It is preferred when a darker sauce will ruin the appearance of a dish, or when a lighter flavor is sought, especially when serving seafood.
- Sesame Seed Oil
An oil made from the extract of roasted sesame seeds. Use in many oriental dishes to give a nutty flavor and aroma.
- Thai Chili Sauce
A delicious hot sauce made from fresh Thai chilies and Thai spices. Use in place of hot sauce or ketchup and it adds flavor and spice, not only heat.Include in your salad dressings, chili, soups, favorite dips or pasta sauces.
